One conundrum I have experienced...
My fiance and I went to a home improvement store to purchase a table saw for my brother for Christmas. A sales associate was obliged to help us decide which one my fiance thought was appropriate for my brother. Although I knew more about table saws and asked all the pertinent questions the answers were directed at my fiance. Not to mention I had actually used a table saw many times and expressed as much. I didn't make a fuss or even raise an eyebrow to release any fumes building. I chose the table saw I wanted for my brother and left so I would get home before my son got home from school. My conundrum was do I address the problem, make the associate mad and delay the entire process. No I couldn't go to another store; no other stores had the table saw. There was no way I was going to boycott and forgo getting the table saw all together. So I sucked it up and did what I had to to get the job done....yet another example of how women turn the other cheek!
